Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy
A €20 booking fee secures your appointment
For new patients, emergency appointments, and long appointments we take a €20 booking fee to secure your slot. This fee is deducted from your final bill when you attend. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 5 hours before the scheduled time.
